Championship Gade among a host of international stars in line for WBBL11 and BBL15 starts.
First Big Bash draft nominations drop
Championship Renegade Deandra Dottin is among a host of world class players who have nominated for next week's Big Bash drafts.
Dottin, who starred for the Melbourne Renegades in her first season in red in WBBL10, is one of some 600 names who have put their hand up for the coming Big Bash season, with the nomination period now closed and the Overseas Player Draft scheduled for June 19.
Dottin, 33, is eligible for retention by coach Simon Helmot and the Gades' selectors meaning the Renegades can swoop and re-select the West Indian power-hitter if another club makes a play.
Others on both the BBL and WBBL nomination lists include Pakistan's left-arm speedster Shaheen Afridi and West Indian Test hero Shamar Joseph, as well as English quartet Heather Knight, Lauren Bell, Sophie Ecclestone and Danni Wyatt-Hodge. Pakistan women's captain Fatima Sana is also vying for a Big Bash debut.

With nominations now closed, 601 overseas players have put their names forward to be part of the WBBL and BBL seasons with nominations indicating a player has not been pre-signed by any club. Despite not being pre-signed, players eligible for retention may still be selected with their previous club’s retention pick in the Drafts.
These nominations follow the announcement of 14 pre-signed players to date across the clubs, with the remaining two to be announced soon.
The Melbourne Renegades announced Hayley Matthews as their WBBL11 pre-signing, with last year's Player of the Final and Team of the Tournament member signing on for the next two seasons.
Tim Seifert remains the Gades' BBL pre-signing, the dynamic keeper-batter from New Zealand set to return for his second of his two-year deal signed ahead of BBL14.
Weber WBBL11 and KFC BBL15 Overseas Player Draft
The BBL|15 and WBBL|11 Drafts will be held on June 19 from 4pm AEST, broadcast live on 7mate, 7plus, Foxtel and Kayo.
Each Draft has four rounds, with clubs picking from different salary bands (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), using at least three selections including any pre-signed players. Pre-signed players must be selected in the Draft using a pick that matches their salary band, and clubs can pass once.
The Draft order was decided by a lottery, with the third round picked in reverse order.
