Falconer was invited to train with the Strikers in 2016-17 as part of the nation-wide Community Rookie program and went on to earn her first WBBL contract with Adelaide for WBBL|03.
She made her Women's National Cricket League debut for South Australia last summer and held her spot for all six matches.
