The renaming from Etihad Stadium will take place from September 1 and is part of an eight-year agreement that will also include a Marvel store at the venue.
Marvel is responsible for famous characters including Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America and Iron Man.
“The new partnership is a dynamic step forward for the stadium and aligns with our focus on fostering a deeper level of engagement with fans,” Melbourne Stadiums Limited CEO Michael Green said.
“Marvel is a powerhouse in the entertainment industry and one of the most recognised brand names in the world.
“It is a brand dedicated to audience experiences, which firmly aligns with our vision to create incredible experiences for our fans.
“This partnership will allow us to take the stadium atmosphere to the next level and create first class experiences for a vast array of audiences.
“It will also ensure that our stadium keeps its status as the world’s busiest multi-purpose stadium and continue our vision to deliver memorable moments.”
Each club will play 14 home and away matches throughout BBL|08.
The Renegades have been based at what is currently known as Etihad Stadium since the club’s inception in 2011.
