Nevill returns to Renegades squad

Australian Test keeper to make BBL|05 debut in sold out derby

The Melbourne Renegades have made four changes to the squad of 13 which takes on the Melbourne Stars at Etihad Stadium in the second BBL Melbourne Derby.

With captain Aaron Finch and Matthew Wade departing for Australian ODI duties, Test wicketkeeper Peter Nevill returns to the Renegades squad for the first time in BBL|05.

The club has also signed Victorian wicketkeeper/batsman Aaron Ayre as a replacement player for the remainder of the season.

The 23-year old is originally from Canberra and made his first class debut for the Bushrangers in November.

Ben McDermott and Nathan Hauritz also return to the side, with Nathan Rimmington unavailable due to injury and Matt Short omitted.
