Can I pay my membership off across the season?

Unfortunately, we are not offering payment plans for BBL|07.

When will I receive my membership pack?

Packs will be sent from early November. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your pack in the mail after purchase.
Please note: if you have purchased a Member Cap, this will arrive separately.

Who is classified as a concession and junior?

Junior: Anyone aged between 5 - 15 years as of 01/12/2017. Children under 5 years of age are not required to purchase a membership so long as they enter the venue with a parent or guardian who is a member, however they must not occupy a seat. If a seat is required for a child under 5 years, a junior membership/ticket must be purchased.

Concession: Valid concession types are as follows:

  • Holders of a Pension Card (issued by Centrelink, Department of Health and Community Services, Department of Community Services, Department of Human Services). Pension types include; aged pension, disability support, war veteran, single supporting parents, disability carers, war widows, TPI pensions.
  • Carers Card
  • Full time secondary school students
  • Full time tertiary students
  • Health Care card holders

Proof of concession must be available when entering venue (with valid expiry date).

How many members are on a family membership?

Family memberships are available in multiple combinations, but must contain two adults, with a minimum of one junior. Families can contain a maximum of three concessions. A total of six members are permitted on a family package. Family options are therefore available for the following:

  • 2 Adults, 1 junior
  • 2 Adults, 2 juniors
  • 2 Adults, 3 juniors
  • 2 Adults, 4 juniors
  • 2 Adults, 1 junior, 1 concession
  • 2 Adults, 1 junior, 2 concessions
  • 2 Adults, 1 junior, 3 concessions
  • 2 Adults, 2 juniors, 1 concession
  • 2 Adults, 2 juniors, 2 concessions

What happens if I lose my membership card?

A new card can be issued at a replacement subject to a replacement fee of $5.00. Please contact 1300 RENEGADES (1300 736 342).

What is the refund policy?

Refunds may be offered at Melbourne Renegades discretion; however full refunds will not be available after the commencement of the season. Refunds are not available for a change of mind. Please see our membership terms and conditions for further information.

Member Seating

Do I have access to the Geelong match?

Geelong Membership holders
Yes, each member will be allocated a Reserved seat for the game.

Champions Members
Yes, general admission entry (subject to capacity). Members are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Champions Members can purchase seat to the Geelong match when they purchase their membership by selecting their membership package Champions inc. Geelong (the additional cost on a Champions membership is adults $20.00 per member and junior/concession: $10.00 per member). This can be done by either logging into your online account or call our friendly membership team to assist you with the process (1300 736 342).

Access Red Members
Yes, general admission entry (subject to capacity). Members are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Double Up Members
No, however you can purchase tickets through the relevant ticketing agent (details TBC).

12th Man Members

How do I nominate my seating preferences for Etihad Stadium? (Champions only)

Members will now have the ability to choose their seats when purchasing a Champions membership. (For renewing Champions members, you will be given the option to keep your seats from BBL|06, provided you purchase by 11:59pm on Sunday 15 October 2017)
Important: Champions members MUST renew before 11:59pm on Sunday 15 October 2017 to retain the same seat as last season.

When is the deadline to renew my seat? (Champions only)

Champions members with a reserved seat from BBL|06 will need to renew their membership by 11:59pm on Sunday 15 October 2017 to retain their same seat. After this date, all non-renewed seats will be made available to new Champions members.

If I don't have a reserved seat, where can I sit?

Members with GA access to Etihad Stadium (Access Red and Double Up) can sit in any public GA area on Levels 1 and 3. The member-only GA area is located on Level 1, Aisles 5 - 10. This area is subject to capacity. Please note there will be no public GA seating on Level 1 at the Renegades home derby (Friday 12 January 2018)

Can a non-member sit in the reserved member seating bays with me?

No, the seats in the member-only bays (Level 1, Aisles 5 - 10) can only be accessed by members.

Do I get access to the MCG Derby on Saturday 6 January 2018?

Champions Members
Enter via Gate 4 and proceed to Level 2, Bays N1 – N4 or any public general admission areas. Subject to availability. Members are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Access Red Members
Entry subject to capacity, members are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment. Enter via any gate and proceed to general admission seating on Level 4.

Double Up, Geelong and 12th Man Members
Your membership does not include access to the Away MCG Derby. You can purchase tickets via ticketek.com.au (tickets will be on sale from 10.00am on Monday 16 October 2017)

Do I get access to the Etihad Stadium Derby on 12 January 2018?

Champions Members
Entry and seating as per normal.

Access Red, Double Up and Geelong Members
Entry subject to capacity, members are encouraged to arrive early to avoid disappointment. There will be no public GA seating on Level 1. Member-only GA bays (Level 1, Aisles 5 - 10) will remain open. These seats are limited and available on a 'first-in, best-dressed' basis. Level 3 will remain GA. To guarantee a reserved seat, members can upgrade via ticketmaster.com.au and receive a discount off the public ticket prices. These tickets will be on sale be on sale from 10.00am on Monday 16 October 2017 (please have your 12-digit membership barcode available).

12th Man Members
Your membership does not include access to our Home Derby at Etihad Stadium. You can purchase tickets via ticketmaster.com.au (tickets will be on sale from 10.00am on Monday 16 October 2017)

What is the best way to get to Geelong?

By Train
V/Line runs services between South Geelong and Southern Cross. The venue is a short walk from South Geelong station. For V/Line timetables please visit www.victrip.com.au

By Car
Geelong is 75 kilometres down the Princes Highway from Melbourne, via the West Gate Bridge. There is limited parking within Kardinia Park Stadium - patrons attending via car are advised to arrive early. Limited street parking is available, but drivers are advised to read parking signs carefully as residential parking schemes apply.

Etihad Stadium Specific Match-Day Information

What is the best way to get to Etihad Stadium?

By Car: Etihad Stadium’s Car Park has more than 2,500 undercover spaces available and is open 24 hours a day. Pre-book your parking here and save!

By Train: Southern Cross Station is a short walk across the Bourke St pedestrian footbridge. The station runs both Metro and V/Line services.

By Tram: Trams run to Etihad Stadium from La Trobe St and Harbour Esplanade. Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer St, Bourke St and Collins St and all are a short walk to Etihad Stadium.

By Bus: The bus terminus is at Southern Cross Station and services airport transfers as well as routes across country Victoria.

By Taxi: The nearest taxi rank to Etihad Stadium is located outside Car Parks A and B, adjacent to the NAB building on the Bourke St extension. Taxis with mobility impaired patrons can access Etihad Stadium’s Car Parks.

Pedestrians: An elevated, 20-metre wide pedestrian footbridge connects Etihad Stadium to Southern Cross station and intersection of Spencer and Bourke streets. Access can also be gained off La Trobe St (Gate 7), Harbour Esplanade (Gates 8 and 9) and Bourke St (Gates 1, 2 and 3).

Which gate should I enter through?

Members can access the venue via Gates 1, 2 ,3, 5 and 7. The best entry point for Champions members is Gate 3.

Are there specific entrance points for mobility impaired patrons?

Fully equipped lifts are located at the steps on the external concourse at the Bourke St entrance and on Harbour Esplanade. There are also lifts operating from each level of the underground car park to each level of the stadium. Any patron who requires a disabled car space is advised to book one through the Ticketmaster network on 136 100 or ticketmaster.com.au

Where is the membership marquee located?

The membership marquee is located outside Gate 5 at Etihad Stadium. Please go here for any match day enquiries. The marquee is open two hours before each match, and will close 30 mins after the match commences.

Can I buy merchandise on match nights?

There will be three merchandise outlets on match nights at Etihad Stadium. They are located inside Gates 2, 5 and 7. Show your membership card for a 10% discount. Limited merchandise will also be available at the MCG away Derby.

Where is the dry area?

There are two alcohol-free dry areas at Etihad Stadium (Level 1 and Level 2) - Reserved seating only.

Where can I purchase Renegades merchandise from?

At match: Merchandise outlets will be operating at Etihad Stadium and Geelong on match nights.
Members receive a 10% discount on all full priced merchandise purchases at the online store and at matches (by showing your membership card).

Can we attend training sessions?

Public training sessions will be listed on the Renegades website once confirmed, closer to the start of the season. Access to the Renegades Members-only closed training session will be communicated to eligible members closer to the event date.
