Woolworths Cricket Blast is a fun and fast program for kids of all abilities to learn the skills and play Australia’s favourite sport.

Buzzing with the energy of Big Bash cricket, Woolworths Cricket Blast teaches kids how to bat, bowl, field and catch over a minimum of six weeks – all while making new friends.

Junior Blasters

Ages 5-7 (60mins)

  • Learn new skills including catching, throwing and teamwork
  • Make new friends or organise a group to learn together
  • Wear the colours of your favourite Big Bash heroes in a personalised t-shirt
  • All equipment supplied, parents join in the fun

Master Blasters

Ages 7-10 (90mins)

  • For kids with basic cricket skills
  • Every kid gets a chance to bat, bowl and field
  • Wear the colours of your favourite Big Bash heroes in your choice of coloured player cap
  • Make new friends or organise a group to play together
  • All equipment supplied, parents join the fun

Woolworths Cricket Blast Holiday Program – proudly supported by Melbourne Renegades

These school holidays the Melbourne Renegades will be hosting a Woolworths Cricket Blast Holiday Program at our new home and state-of-the-art facility, CitiPower Centre. The fun, fast and action packed program is buzzing with the excitement and energy of the Big Bash and teaches kids how to bat, bowl, field and catch, all while making new friends! Plus, each participant will receive their very own Holiday Pack including a player cap in Melbourne Renegades colour, Melbourne Renegades Activity Booklet and a Family Fun Pass that includes 4 x General Admission tickets to a Melbourne Renegades home match*

Kids will have the opportunity to explore the play cricket zone including an inflatable bowling tunnel, snap a pic with the mascots, see themselves on the big screen and much more!
